When I called, the representative I spoke to was very understanding and mentioned that the cancellation hadn't gone through last month. He assured me he was canceling it now and processing the refund for $42.95. While that’s reassuring, he also mentioned it would take 7-10 days, which is disappointing. If the subscription is indeed canceled and I receive my refund, I will appreciate his assistance.
