I ordered some jeans from this company through tik tok. The courier provider was Yodel and on the day of delivery the driver took a picture for “proof of delivery” but it wasn’t at my front door. I went to check after received delivery email and it was missing. I contacted to company to issue me a refund but they refused me multiple times. Their customer service is awful, they were not listening to what I was saying. Kept giving the same answer that because there was “proof of delivery” they won’t give me a refund. I will never order from this company again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone they will happily take your money and you will not receive your product.
