Not sure what is going on, but unfortunately I ordered and paid for something online and so far, no tracking number has been provided. It's been two weeks since I ordered it. Not looking good. Especially after reading reviews (after the fact). I reached out to their support email and got a very fast answer that said this: "Sorry to keep you waiting.We have asked the carrier to expedite the transportation speed.But sometimes logistics would have delay.We've urged the update of your order status.Please kindly wait for its delivery.Yours sincerely,Customer Service Team"
