THEY ARE IN TORONTO. HE SAID THE WAS FROM ISRAEL AND HAD A VERY HONEST COMPANY. 3 WEEKS PASSED AND STILL NO TRACKING NUMBER OR NO CHAIR. I SAID IF YOU CAN'T GIVE A SHIPPING DATE I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT IT. I TOLD HIM I WOULD CALL AMERICAN EXPRESS AND REVERSE PAYMENT. HE REFUNDED LESS 10 % CANCELLATION CHARGE. I DID NOT CANCEL BUT HE CANCELLED. HE DEDUCTED ABOUT $1,000. IMAGINE HOW MUCH HE COLLECTS FROM SELLING MERCHANDISE HE DOES NOT HAVE. I WILL HAVE TO GET THE BALANCE BACK FROM AMERICAN EXPRESS.
