I can’t even put into words how happy I am with my relaxacare experience but I’ll try! From the moment I went into the show room to the moment I took my first trip in my new massage chair the experience was completely seamless. 2 years ago I was in a car accident where I was sideswiped by a drunk driver and since then I’ve been seeing massage therapists / acupuncture / red light laser therapy and stretch therapists 2 - 3 days a week to try and fix my lower back. I told Jason (the owner) about my injury and he knew the exact chair I should be in. The delivery was on time and the delivery drivers not just got into the house but fully set up the chair and gave me a tutorial on using the chair (with information specific to my injury which was communicated to them by Jason) and they even cleaned up all the boxes and packaging. After one session in my chair my back felt immediately better. As I continue my self care journey I will be making all my purchases from Relaxacare! Thank you Jason and the entire team!
