I have worked at Relaxacare for 3 years, if you check our Google reviews as well you will see plenty of customers are very satisfied and happy with our products, service, and communication! I put in overtime everyday working to keep our customers happy, I understand that these health products can be important to some cases due to each individuals circumstances as it helps with your health overall. To be called a scam doesn’t make sense to me considering the carrier had attempted delivery and it was declined. We have a storefront in Burlington with a showroom, everyday I meet dozens of customers and help them in store, we get hundreds of calls a day, I also help lots of clients over the phone whether it is with trying to make a purchase, figure out finances, updates on their order, information on products etc! I myself suffer from health issues and this is more than a job for me, I believe in these products and use them daily myself to create better quality of life for myself. We care about our customers, we bend over backwards everyday to just keep everyone happy, as a growing company we believe customer service is #1 priority, I am seeing people who I helped years ago, coming back now these days to get an upgrade, or their family/ friends are being referred. Everyday I am dealing with that exact referral or return customer situation at-least 3 times. If we were a scam I don’t think people would be coming back to us, if we were a scam or even just bad at business I don’t think people would be referring us or returning to upgrade or buy more products. Anyways, I appreciate my job and am passionate about helping others to improve their health and being accused of a scam is not only disappointing but a lie.
