I ordered two MC 1500 Massage chairs when I noticed my mistake I contacted the company and they immediately refunded the first chair, that made me feel like I was dealing with a very reputable company. The chair is exactly what I ordered. I knew the price and the size and dimensions of the chair because it was mentioned in their literature. I ordered the MC 1500, with the weight of 227 pounds. You will need to have two if not three Personnel to move the chair. The chair came very well packaged, fit it through the front door and was easy to set up. I attach the legs attachment, plugged it in and started using immediately. I’m happy with the performance of the chair and look forward to many future uses.I do have to mention that I ordered the chair on 4 February and it was not delivered to the 25th but I was able to track the shipping on Shopify and knew that the delay was due to unforeseen circumstances of the company and a trucker strike. Remember know what you’re ordering and then you’ll be happy with your order. I am extremely happy Recommend this company if you want a bigger chair pay a bigger price.
