Ordered June 12th Buyer Beware

Update!!!Aug19: Jason has now sent many emails being derogatory to me bullying me and now threatening to take me to civil court. I've repeatedly asked him not to contact me anymore but he continues and is being nasty. August 19th: chair finally arrived. Was sent a massage gun(very cheap looking) to make up for the hassle. However now Jason is trying to bully me into removing my review!!!Cant stress enough how buyer beware is needed with this company. August 4th ... still no massage chair... no reply to my email!!!Ordered June 12th. After a month I inquired as to why it hadn't shipped and was told it was waiting to clear customs and would be shipped out that week. Today I still hadn't received it which is now 6 weeks. So i asked for a refund. They deleted my comments and are saying it's already been shipped yet just sent me tracking that says it's shipping from Australia post and a label has been created so it's clearly not shipped. Now they have an attitude because I don't want it any longer. Buyer beware ... shaddy practice and poor customer service. UPDATE: I did not ever reach out to after hours to purchase this chair. I simply added it to my cart and was thinking about the purchase as I was also looking at a different company's chair as well. You took my cell number from my cart and texted me in the night trashing the other company and convinced me this one was better. After the purchase was made I didn't receive anything from you. I reached out after a month and was told it would be shipped and now 6 weeks later I requested a refund and was met with attitude and threatened that it was illegal to file a charge back claim with PayPal. Your customer service went out the window as soon as you made your sale. This morning I woke up to an email demanding I remove my review. Also revealing my medical needs in a reply was very unprofessional on your part. July 29th Update: Massage Chair still not delivered. They swear it's been shipped. Had a lady contact me and stated her records show it was shipped.... it's now 8 days later and the tracking number and link to Day & Ross still says the order cannot be found and the Chair has not reached their facility yet. They shipped a free hand massager (just under $200 value) to compensate the wait and how Jason spoke to me. They also said Jason's comment below would be taken down immediately and that hasn't happened yet either. At this point I just want my Massage Chair or a refund but neither seem to be happening so far. I would never recommend anyone using this Store for any online shopping. Will update again if my Chair ever shows up 🙄.
