This product is effective! I take it about 30 minutes before I want to sleep, and it gradually takes effect. The ingredients are all natural. Personally, when I see an ingredient list that looks overly complicated, I start to have doubts. That’s not the case here; this is fantastic. Before, I had to take these ingredients separately and buy each one individually. Now, they’re all in one pill. Excellent formulation, and I'm curious to try more of your products, doctor approved!
