I ordered this product, but it hasn’t worked for me, and now they’ve withdrawn more money from my account. I tried to reach out, but I could only get a recording and couldn't speak to anyone. I can’t afford unexpected charges when I didn’t sign up for this. I need that money refunded to my account.
