I have been dealing with insomnia for 16yrs, I have tried all natural supplements that did nothing. I can’t take anything over the counter because it all has Benadryl in it and I can’t take Benadryl. A dr prescribed me ambien but it was to addictive for me and I would do things I didn’t remember while taking it.
