This review was updated on 15 November 2025.All evidence, including email correspondence, screenshots, invoices, payment confirmations, and communication logs, has been securely stored in case Reliable Medicare disputes the accuracy of this review. Relevant emails were sent to their email addresses.I am writing this detailed review to document my prolonged and disappointing experience with Reliable Medicare Limited. The issue has now continued for over a year, and the company’s handling of the situation has consistently fallen below acceptable standards.Order and Initial IssueOn 30 October 2024, I placed an order worth £446, purchasing several cream products from Reliable Medicare’s website. The order was processed without issue, and I expected a normal delivery to Türkiye. When the parcel reached Turkish customs, it was rejected due to local regulations in December 2024. This is sometimes an unavoidable outcome with certain products, and the standard process is straightforward: the shipment is returned to the sender, and the seller issues a refund once the package is back in their possession.Parcel Lost During Return to the UKThe parcel was sent back to the United Kingdom shortly after the customs rejection. At this point, it was entirely the seller’s responsibility to track the return and ensure the parcel arrived safely back at their facility.Instead, during the return journey, the parcel was lost in transit. To this day, Reliable Medicare and Royal Mail have been unable to confirm where the parcel went missing or who last handled it. The company has not provided any conclusive tracking information, explanations, or updates. The parcel remains unaccounted for.Company’s Handling and Refusal to RefundDespite the clear responsibility of the seller in this situation, Reliable Medicare has refused to refund the payment. Their justification has been that I did not purchase additional shipping insurance and that they must first receive compensation from Royal Mail before issuing any refund. This reasoning is not acceptable for several reasons:My contract is with Reliable Medicare, not Royal Mail. I paid Reliable Medicare directly. Royal Mail is their chosen courier, not mine. The seller is responsible for safe delivery. Under consumer standards, risk remains with the seller until the buyer physically receives the goods. The buyer cannot be penalized for logistical failures outside their control.Insurance is the seller’s safeguard, not the customer’s obligation.Despite clear evidence that the goods were never delivered to me and were lost during their return, the company continues to withhold the refund.Communication IssuesThroughout the last 11 months, I have sent multiple emails to, seeking updates, clarification, or a final decision on the refund.Recent attempts were ignored completely: • 24 August 2025 – no reply • 13 October 2025 – no replyThis lack of communication makes an already frustrating situation worse. This experience has cost me significant time, money, and energy. I have received no product, received no refund, and received no meaningful updates from the company. A year is more than enough time to confirm the loss of a parcel and complete a refund.Holding a customer’s money indefinitely while providing no resolution, no timeframe, and no accountability is unacceptable business practice.ConclusionBased on my experience, I cannot recommend Reliable Medicare. If anything goes wrong with your shipment, you may find yourself in the same situation: • No product • No refund • No communication • No accountabilityI am sharing this to help others make informed decisions. I hope the company improves transparency, responsibility, and customer support going forward.
