absolute crooks, horrible customer service. they make it impossible to do almost anything. took me 7 phone calls to take over a water heater rental after purchasing a home. I returned the garbage equipment that they installed and closed my account but they still kept billing my pre-auth payment after my account was closed. Horrible company and absolute crooks never deal with these idiots
