To whom it may concern..I along with 4 other people I know received a letter(Nov 21 202) stating a price change on water heater rental..ive been paying on time all the time..LETTER STATES..a new price change as of Feb 1/ 26 will be 28.01..this is the 2nd month ive paid the fees of 167...can you please explain why rates haven't changed yet????
