A new heater installed at my residence on February 28, 2026. The sales representative, verbally confirmed an 8-month free promotion as part of the agreement. However, my account was charged on March 2, 2026, and a notice was sent indicating another charge on March 28, 2026. I forwarded the bill to Reliance, and they claimed it belonged to a different location. I pointed out the bill clearly shows my address, but they said these are the charges for other packages. I DO NOT HAVE ANY OTHER PACKAGES. I WAS PAYING FOR THE HEATER THAT WAS REMOVED LAST MONTH!!!
