I have run races in every decade since the 1960s. When I had my 2nd meniscus surgery late in 2020 - I got back to running early in 2021 but was never the same and continued to feel discomfort. I thought I would have to give up something I have loved for decades. I decided to give Relief Factor a try in about December 2021 as a last resort. The 3 week quick start package did nothing for me, but I decided to keep going. After 5 weeks, I noticed I no longer had an achy back in the morning. I had not purchased the product for a morning back ache - but that was what cleared up first. Shortly thereafter my knees starting feeling better when I ran. I have continued on the product now for 2 1/2 years and don't believe I would still be able to run without it. The company has been very easy to deal with and always sends me a reminder prior to shipment. Right now I take one packet a day on days I don't run and two on the days that I do. They have been very easy to deal with as I have changed my shipping frequently and now have them ship me a package every 6 weeks. But, sometimes I find I have a little excess - so I tell them to hold off for a month; and they do. Bottom line, maybe somethings take more than three weeks to work out - so Relief Factor should perhaps offer two 3 week quick start packages to encourage people to hang in there a bit more. But, the product has been great and the company easy to work with.
