Relief Factor (RF) did not work for me. Further, I think I'm the "rare case" the research papers mention for adverse side effects. I had three pains I was hoping to alleviate. Hands, feet and back. The three-week trial was completely ineffective so I kept going thinking "just a little more." Along the way, I realized my legs and feet were slowing swelling. I noticed it in that my shoes were no longer fitting right. Plus, my BP increased many points over normal. I stopped taking RF after about 30 days. It took about a week for the swelling to start subsiding and my BP dropped within days too. After another month of no RF, the swelling is gone and my BP is back to normal. Through all of it, none of the three pains were relief'd. Sorry, RF did not work for me.
