We bought into the trial offer and then decided to cancel before we got charged $91.68 for the next month's supply.Although we were 1 day after the deadline to cancel, we did receive a Notice that our order had been cancelled. Two days later we received a notice that our next month's order had been shipped. Sure enough our bank account had been dinged for the monthly renewal fee. How could they say it's cancelled and then go ahead and ship it two days later???After a back and forth on the email to customer service we were instructed that when the order arrived to simply write on the package Refused and drop it off at the Post Office. It came and we followed the return instructions the same day and then waited and waited and waited for our refund that never came. Finally we get someone on the Customer Support line and they tell us that our refund will be less the return shipping costs. So we get punished financially for their error in not actually cancelling the order as their email to us had stated they had.
