Product works VERY WELL to relieve my Arthritis pain. Have used this product since Sep 2016. After about 18months of daily use, my Arthritis was under such great control that I changed my monthly delivery to every other month. This company is very good about adjusting your delivery schedule and very helpful. They place the 4 Veggie Cap supplements into a small individual pouch so you always get the right things for each dose. You get 60 pouches with each delivery. GREAT THING is that you can try a 3 week TRIAL delivery for $19.95. I saw a great difference in one week. So, If you don't see a difference in 3 weeks, then maybe the various supplements in their recipe don't work for you. Only caution is that one of the ingredients, Turmeric, has an impact on blood thinning medicines, so if you are on a blood thinner, you shouldn't use anything with Turmeric in it. It is SO convenient to use the pouches, they can travel with me when I'm gone from home and they keep me organized and let me have a regular schedule of use.
