They also add codes that can’t be removed, even if better ones appear. Delivery times are poor; if I need something urgently, I wouldn’t place an order. Tracking updates are lacking, and customer service is mostly unresponsive and unhelpful. Returns, even for faulty items, come at your own expense, plus a restocking fee. The item descriptions are basic and lack detail, leading to disappointment with damaged goods. It’s unfortunate because the concept is great, allowing purchases at a fraction of the retail price, but be ready for potential letdowns.
