First, the company salesman, Brian Karwoski, used misleading information and pressure sales tactics to entice me into trusting Relip. He blatantly said Relip offered 100% financing for fix and flip loans. There are only a handful of companies in the country that offer this financing option, so it would be of great value to have access to this product for a lender.Upon signing up and being charged I have my introduction call with Jordan David. Once we spoke, I was informed that the products offered during the sales pitch were not available. As I continued my service with the company, I was made aware of additional lies regarding their services...I removed access to my advertising account half way through a billing cyle. Upon removing access, I was blocked from Relip's CRM. Therefore I could no longer access leads or submit loans for review. When I asked for a refund of my monthly fees, I was told I would not be offered a prorated refund. So I lost access to any services [ie. loan products or the CRM that housed my leads generated through Facebook/IG ads] but I'm still being billed...This is extremely bad business and I would suggest anyone considering Relip to read this review beforehand. Do not let their high pressure sales tactics or the month to month commitment fool you. The only reason any broker/lender would work with this company is for access to loan products. However, they are a broker themselves. The fees charged indicate they are not a direct lender. Generic ads management is typically 200-300 per month. Relip is charging 750-1000 because they are selling their potential customers on the idea that they have access to exclusive financing options. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
