Had to return a puzzle as it was slightly bent where the box was damaged. Excellent service,I was told to keep the item and a new one would be ASAP. When it came it was marked ‘fragile’ and was in perfect condition. I have introduced my husband’s dementia home to your products, so far the painting with water and puzzles have been enjoyed by all the residents. I have chosen subjects more interesting to the men and they’re going down really well.
