I ordered a dementa friendly radio for my mother - unfortunately her room doesn’t have a good signal and she got very frustrated with it on first listening. I asked to send it back and then realised either the care home had thrown away the box or my mother had destroyed it. I explained this to customer services. Amazingly I was given a refund and told to donate the radio to someone who could use it ( the dementia ward upstairs are so grateful , given to someone with no family ). So fantastic customer service and a welcome surprise. Thank you Samantha and the team.
