Ordered a Relish radio.When it arrived I didn't set up the stations immediately and when I did a couple of weeks later, found that there was a fault with the radio. Emailed, then called the company, and they could not have been more obliging and helpful. New machine arrived in the post 2 days later and they sent a prepaid postage label to return the original.
