Product not up to standard.LCD is a not particularly high resolution, is dated, and is prohibitively bright. Light's up my father's room and he is unable to sleep despite putting it on the lowest setting.I was expecting something more akin to an E-ink screen considering it only needs to display text however it is not the case. Regrettably the product is near essential for patients with early dementia, however there is a huge mismatch between the product quality and price they're asking for.
