I watched a brilliant documentary on frequencies and their uses in science and the medical world.I WANTED TO TRY IT! However I did not know how to start.I saw a Relithra advert on Utube and the price was worth it for a trial. I purchased 3 units and 2 with the additional speakers for my children.My first try was frequency 111 using the head phone set which comes with the unit.I was a little under stress from loosing work just before Christmas and put the machine to work.Laying on my bed the humming was low and I did not expect anything, WOW , I lost track of time and switched the machine off. I got up and had no anxiety, no tense body feelings, my heart palpitations were gone, I was gliding through my house not stumbling.
