Review Time
Received my machine, it doesn't work, messaged them to let them no all I got was how to place the plug in, try another cord as it may be faulty..(obviously they know they have cable problems) none of mine fitted so again I let them know, no response for days, in meantime I took it to my daughter's her cable worked, so again I let them know, and again days later they respond with instructions on how to use it, (can't use it with a faulty cable) finally they'll send me new one, finally received it 11/12 /25 and it doesn't fit the power plug end it's a device sharing cable.... Again I let them know and that I want it returned as website states 60 days and no questions asked, (they no the problem, yet ignored it and just keep dragging it out) Now I finally get I can return it but to do that I have paperwork to fill out (blank sheet of paper) a video of why machine isn't working, (clearly shows in photos I sent) stating problem after telling them several times, then proof of purchase, (which they already have) or they wouldn't have sent replacement cable, then send them photos of it packed and then they will decide if they'll take return and finally send me return label .... Seriously who has time to do all that, they no the problem they haven't fixed it therefore machine has NOT been used just send me return address and refund..... Now over a month since this started, and several requests for return address and nothing yet they bombard you with emails when things are good... Best to stay clear of them
