This was our six or seventh trip with Audley. We went to India for a family wedding, but wanted additional travel adventure in India. As always Audley was able to provide a great range of service in each local custom made to each local and our travel interests.

On September 26, we stopped near Positano for a swim, and I unexpectedly faced a health crisis. Thankfully, my wife and another passenger managed to get me back on the boat. Unfortunately, I began to experience secondary drowning. A fellow passenger with First Aid knowledge helped me and requested medical assistance, leading to my transport to a hospital in Sorrento, where I was admitted to ICU. Our Specialist promptly reached out to my wife to check on my condition and offer assistance. She coordinated with a representative from a partner service in Italy, who came to the hospital to support my wife during this challenging time. To top it off, a representative was flown in from Boston to help my wife navigate my hospital stay, accommodations, and flight changes. The support we received from the service and our Italy Specialist was invaluable, providing us with comfort through constant communication.
Even after my hospital discharge and our return home, our Specialist has continued to check in on us. This is a company that truly cares for its customers.
