We have been waiting since AUGUST 2025 for an engine for our truck, and the first one we received was damaged. The second engine sent also does not function. The support team has not responded to us in nearly 3 weeks regarding what to do next! I strongly advise against using this service. They take your money without providing a working product. If this is not resolved by next week, we will have to involve legal assistance.
