My daughter received some items from here which we will return for an exchange shortly- hoping for a smooth exchange process - so far fast delivery ✔️ and good customer service communication ✔️ my daughter thought she was getting some vintage pre worn Gucci glasses - cant upload my photographs of said item for some reason- I know Gucci fairly well and let’s just say the glasses are not what they should be . This has made for a disappointing experience so far but as mentioned customer service are active and I hope when we raise the exchange the experience will be better and I can update this review.
