THE WORST COMPANY EVER! The staff are incredibly rude and ghastly over email. Additionally, the quality of the clothes is awful too! They say online that they ‘don't offer returns, [but that they] …can happily exchange our remass original items within 14 days of purchase subject to availability.’ HOWEVER, they also state in their terms of service under section 18 however that ‘These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.’ This is subsequently NOT THE CASE because as per the laws of the UK with regard to refunds, ‘You must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told you. You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason.’Therefore they do not follow the UK governing laws with regards to refunds!!!I was appalled by the service of this company! I will not be buying anything from them nor recommending remass to anyone!
