I attended their free info class. Then signed up for a 3 day workshop for $1000. I was told I would be able to attend this and learn everything I need to know to walk out and get in my 1st deal. They threw up a ton of info which is great, but in between each segment, it was like little digs that suggest we can't do it alone. So I was surprised to find on day two that for a whooping $40k they would coach me and my husband on how to do get our first deal. We literally paid $1000 to get a 3 day sales pitch on their coaching program. I asked for a refund via email as it states in my contract. I still have not received it, nor will anyone answer the various numbers listed for the company. The one person who replied to my email, keeps saying "you should have received an email" but I have not received any emails with my refund. I too think this is a scam. If I had known there was a $40k coaching program, I would have said no at the gate. They stayed in contact when they thought they could get more money out of me and as soon as I ask for a refund... all calls go to their voice-mail.
