This company responded to my review with more calculated lies to cover up what I can prove to be their lies. They are now saying that there was a problem with my mobile wallet. The evidence is that they previously said that their partners in Ghana were having problems They even said that they gave those partmers unil Saturday 31 January as a deadline to sort out their proble.s. I am pursuing a relentless case against them. The FCA directed me to the Ombudsman this afternoon in addition to my complaint to them (FCA).
