Customer service attitude is a problem. Made a mistake with auto fill on my order. Caught the problem and made the changes on their web site. They had already sent the items to the wrong address. I'm in the US. contacted then with an inquiry about the shipping. Received links for me to hunt down my own package. From the links was notified items returned to sender. Had to put a stop on my CC charge to get any real cooperation. Resolved CC dispute. Had them paid. Requested a installation guide. Refused until I sent them some info THEY could of requested. No biggie. Lot's of comments to my bike here in the states. I ride a bunch of organized rides. When people compliment my bike. I send them to REM competitors. Economic sanctions to cure bad service is my method. True colors came out when customer service was requested. Stay away for sanity sake. Their installation guides for my scrambler are incorrect anyway. Probably did me a favor not sending it. Left a few savory comments to express my feelings. Hope I can do everything I can to discourage anybody from using this establishment. 400 mile round trip to recover my delivery. Keep up the bad work.
