DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I should definitely had read this comments before.I spoke with an agent called KATE SAUNDERS (please remember this name). She will be great and very fast response until the moment you pay them. After that, be ready to write 3 follow up e-mails to get a response. If that was the issue with them, still ok, just an awful customer service. But that’s just the beginning. After having my goods collected in the UK, I started chasing kate (which doesn’t reply) for what will be the delivery date of my goods, after the 3rd e-mail I got a generic answer saying that my goods would be delivered in some time in 2 or 3 weeks. After that, a few weeks later on Thursday afternoon (5 PM more specifically), she sends me an e-mail saying that my goods would be delivered next day, without informing a slot. I replied to her saying that I was going to travel and I could only received before 4 PM, since I had no one else to receive them or from Wednesday o worlds which I would have came back home - she (very impolitely) said that my load would’t arrive before 4pm and if I wasn’t home my load would be sent back to UK and I wouldn’t receive a reimbursement from it.Kate was very inflexible, didn’t propose any solution and was ALWAYS very impolite. In the end I don’t know what will happen with my moving goods, I don’t know what will happen with they 1k GBP I payed for this service. I’ll probably will need to solve this legally.So, it’s clear that this is not a serious company, they don’t have compromise or care about their customers. You can find much better service with similar rates on other companies. DONT FULL YOURSELF FOR KATES FAST RESPONSE ON YOUR QUOTE. TRUSTE ME! WORSE EXPERIENCE I COULD HAVE HAD WITH A MOVING COMPANY.
