When moving from Qatar to the UK, I wanted a part of a storage container (as I didn't have enough belongings for an entire one). I received several quotes, narrowed it down to three which were similar in price and went with removals.co.uk due to their quick replies. I really wish that I hadn't because as soon as they had my money, that was when the decent customer service stopped. I had to constantly chase them for information and they would ignore emails. They estimated shipping would take 8-12 weeks. It took 18 weeks! And that was after a lot of chasing them up both via email and phone! They were happy to blame the wait time on anyone and anything else but accepted zero responsibility. Perhaps if they were more willing to communicate then I would have felt appeased by the long wait time but it was so frustrating trying to get any information out of them. I would never use removals.co.uk again nor would I recommend them. On a side note, the goods needed to be delivered to the 3rd floor (which they knew as I had paid extra for delivery to 3rd floor) and they sent one man to do this job. I was shocked as they knew how many heavy boxes he had to carry up so many floors.I urge you- please do NOT use removals.co.uk.
