It was a very rushed process, so I do appreciate their swift replies, but I wish all the necessary information was readily available in one document, so that I wouldn't have had to keep emailing separately about everything and then have information spread out in multiple emails, when everything could've been on one document for me to read from the get go. Michelle was always friendly, though, and I did eventually get answers to my multiple questions. I do recommend using Removals! Just be prepared to be vigilant and ask those questions and chase after your belongings! Mine arrived a month and a half after shipping.
