I was a bit surprised though as some goods could not be taken so I had to make alternative arrangements last minute, and at the last moment I was asked to look up customs export codes for my goods and print labels, which was tricky as everything was packed already. This was partly my own fault, as things were done in quite a rush during the holiday period, but it would have been good to have had advance notice of this.
