I have no idea why my experience is so different to all other reviewers. I had my belongings shipped back from Dubai back in March. One box was missing but the removal men acted as though this came as a surprise to them. However, after several months of chasing by me (no communication was instigated by the company) I was told that the package was not received off the ship back in March. I acknowledge they didn't misplace my belongings but this was the worst experience of customer care I've ever experienced & really disappointed that they didn't appear to care at all that my possessions didn't arrive.
