Moving house is stressful and Removals.co.uk were so empathetic to this! They allowed me to rearrange my removal at short notice without an additional cost, reassured me in explaining at length the insurance cover terms and Kirsty James (account manager) was an absolute superstar! The removals guys themselves (Josh and Ricardo) turned up on the day of the move 30 minutes early and loaded the van very quickly and carefully. I then kept in touch with them along the drive to my new destination and they unloaded the van placing my belongings in the intended rooms.
