Worst company ever. Forced to interact with this company due to DSA. They unfortunately NEVER answer their phone, even capita can’t get through to them on my behalf. They also don’t answer emails or reply to the many messages I have left on their phone. Trying to get my DSA equipment delivered has been a nightmare. Especially as I have been in hospital with my heart condition whilst trying to contact them and the stress is likely not helping my health. For a company supposed to be providing equipment to people with disabilities this is shameful and I will be seeing what options for escalating and making student finance England aware that they should not contract with this company.The fact their trustpilot is unclaimed says it all really.
