Remtek will not split an order by date

An approved DSA team support package for hardware and software to help with my daughter's University stay. Remtek is the supplier, training and delivery service for the DSA items. The hardware (lockable fridge) needed to be delivered to the Uni accommodation due to it size, the software needed to be delivered before going to Uni, so it could be installed and familiarised by us due to the communication problems my daughter has. Remtek refused to split the order by time, therefore making the software redundant as my daughter will not install this software on her lap top on her own or allowing an unknown process accessing her laptop. Considering this is a service meant to help people with disabilities, it has just added more problems to an already complicated process.
