I ordered a ring on November 29 for a Christmas gift, expecting delivery within 2 to 2.5 weeks as stated on the website. As the date approached, I followed their production updates and grew concerned when it was clear it wouldn't arrive on time. After 2.5 weeks, I contacted customer service to ask if I could pay extra for expedited shipping or production, and they assured me it would be expedited and shipped soon. However, on December 22, I reached out again only to be told I would receive tracking information that day, which never arrived. The ring still shows as unfinished in their portal. I am incredibly disappointed with the entire process.
