I had an issue with the diamond in the ring I purchased suffering some sort of damage to the stone from normal wear of less than a year. The diamond seemed to have some sort of internal crack and or discoloration so I reached out to customer support for assistance. At first, they responded to my concern relatively quick offering to replace the ring based on the pictures I sent them. However, after I was informed that a return label had been requested on my behalf, I have NOT heard back from any representative since. It's been 3 weeks as of today with no update from Renaissance Jewel. I have sent multiple (5) follow emails asking about the status of the return label and how do I proceed and I have gotten zero response. At this point, I am very unhappy with the quality of not only the ring I spent money on but the lack of support from this company as well. Since Im stuck with a defective ring and no help from customer support; I'm likely taking a loss for the ring I purchased.
