Ordered on 8/13, sent an email on 8/25 telling them that I need the ring set shipped by the end of the week or would need a refund or I would do a chargeback. I then called and spoke with a man who told me that my rings would ship by the end of the week. I got an email after that that showed they cancelled and refunded for the engagement ring of the bridal set I bought. Now why would I want just the plain band? Also, why would a set be shipped separately? It was ordered as a set, it should come as a set. Supposedly, the band already shipped even though I got no notification of shipment, no tracking number, and their site does not show anything being shipped. They said that they could restore the order and I would get an email with a link.......it has been over 2 hours and I have gotten nothing. So, my 25th anniversary is next week and my new wedding ring set will not be here. Thanks Renaissance, I am sorry I ever did business with you!
