I ordered a ring on November 29 for a Christmas gift, with the website indicating a production and delivery time of 2 to 2.5 weeks. As the expected timeframe approached, I monitored their production portal and grew increasingly worried when it became clear that it wouldn't arrive on time. After 2.5 weeks, I reached out to customer service to inquire about expedited shipping or production and received assurances that it would ship soon. However, on December 22, when I followed up, I was told I would receive tracking information that day, which never arrived. The ring is still not marked as finished in their portal. I am extremely disappointed with this entire experience.
