After joining and finishing Renato's "The clarity Blueprint" I am 100 % more clear what are the goals and steps for my future. I am more present in daily life, I recognize my needs and emotions, so I can better empathize and connect with the needs of someone else. I've become a better listener & observer. I learned how to communicate in a better way & how important is clear intention. Through the every week live support I've learned how to manage my time, why & how I need to calm down my nervous system before bedtime, about right nutrition and importance of sleep. With a daily program of exercises my body becomes more flexible and toned.I admire Renato's dedication to helping participants on every step through the individual process.
