App exceeded my expectations. The high resolution renderings where about 95% accurate in depicting hand sketch image with detailed text description. With minor tweaks to description app rendered the missing components but still only 95% accurate for the rest. I used Photoshop to combine the two images for a 99 % final image.As an architect, I am researching ai technology at this time. However, RenderAI by far will suit my future needs for the price.
