I went to have a consultation with Dr Ozcan Boztepe at Renewal Medical Clinics Central Hospital and quite literally I was appalled. The Assistant was nice, helpful what have you. The Dr seem a little vague didn't measure my chest and didn't give me much confidence surgery wise, possibly a consequence of language barrier, but the hospital itself freaked me the fu*k out. To start with the air was warm and musty feeling had a kinda strange smell to it, the bins in hallways had no lids, and positioned right next to a water dispensary that didn't work, the floor was dirty hadn't been mopped anytime recently, one hallway had a pile of 5 or 6 full rubbish bags in it, chairs had ripped ripped vinyl and the fake plants were dusty, somehow I feel this hospital is not JCi accredited, and from the cleanliness and warmth and humidity in the air I believe the rate of infection would be tremendous. Buyer beware -stay away! A couple hundred euro more you can get yourself a surgeon with tremendous experince and more professional conduct and a state of the art medical facility. And the difference is infection v no infection but could also be the difference between life and death and that quite frankly was a risk in the end I wasn't willing to take.
