Ok, this will be in parts. Parts of where I was really satisfied, and 1 in particular where I was very pissed off.

1. PRE-CARE:
Excellent!!! 5⭐️(& even more if poss.)
Leo and Sara answered ALL of my questions for 6 months, swifly, around the clock almost and in a comforting but true fashion. You can absolutely trust that they will 💯 take care of you, answer to you and b by your side all of the way!!!! THANK U 2 SO MUCH 🥰

2. TRANSPORTATION & HOTEL
Recommend! They were there on time to pick me up, bring me to the clinic several timesand finally the airport. 1 driver was 1 hour late once. But everything else went smoothly!
The hotel was clean, the maids did a very good job.

3. CLINIC (& staff)
They operate in a lot of different clinics. Mine (I had 'special circumstances) was old and the nurses couldn't speak/understand any english except one fairly good (but only a short time there) the 2. a little english at least.
They absolutely do send you translators (Mia was a doll and Ayza too) but they are ofc not with you permanently.
The clinic room was (& especially for a freaking clinic!) not very clean.
The operating team, the nurses there and the doctor: very nice!!!

4. PAYMENT
I, ofc, thought everything was discussed and clear. When I wanted to pay they all of a sudden told me to 'pay for the insurance' first. ??? WHAT INSURANCE ??? But whatever, won't cost that much. I thought. € 1.500 !!! On top!!! I was confused. Telling them 'then I don't need it' It's the law, a new law in place for 2 weeks atp, they
responded. WTAF!!? Nobody told me. Not one person. It was the coordinators job to inform me. Didn't happen 😡😤

So I had to cough up additional € 1.500 (I didn't had) or they wouldn't, couldn't go through w the surgery. The guy that was cashing my money was very nice tho and tried if he could somehow help me w the amount a little and he actually really did.
So a huge 'thank you' to him again (Idk his name unfortunately). So this was really unprofessional and pissed me off royally. To b honest I am still furious...

The rest went smoothly but I am too freshly operated on to tell you about my results (you can contact me tho in 1 week). I already see tho that it will look good. I'm pretty sure I will love it.
